Chat-bot virtual consultant to be launched in Kazakhstan
Currently Chat-bot is working in test mode on the 1414.kz forum and on the eGov.kz portal, the ortcom.kz reports.
As part of the implementation of the state enterprise Digital Kazakhstan at the end of 2018, a virtual consultant Chat-bot was introduced. Currently Chat-bot is working in test mode on the 1414.kz forum and on the eGov.kz portal, said Asset Turysov, Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC, in the Central Communications Service, summing up the activities for 2018.
As Aset Turysov notes, Chat-bot can answer 299 questions on 33 public services.
In the period from January 1 to February 14, Chat-bot completed 37,357 calls. At the moment, Chat-bot is in constant improvement. Soon we will announce the launch of the chat bot in Telegram and Facebook messengers, the manager shared his plans.
