Changes to Constitution would improve democratic processes in the country – Abdibekov
Akim of Karaganda region Nurmukhambet Abdibekov noted that the President’s address provided answers for many questions.
“The transfer of the President’s competences to the state branches – is a very rare phenomenon in the political life of the world. It is obvious that the planned changes will improve democratic processes and general development in our country”, – said the governor.
In addition, N. Abdibekov stressed that the Head of State not only guide the work in crisis and post-crisis period, but also inspire and unite.
Nurmukhambet Abdibekov urged residents of Karaganda region to exert all energy, knowledge and experience to successfully achieve the goals set by Nursultan Nazarbayev in a special address to the people of Kazakhstan.
