Chairs of civil society and religious affairs committees of the Ministry of Information and Social Development appointed


Galimova was born in 1970 in the city of Pavlodar. She graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State University. Over the years she worked as a teacher in the Kazakh-German Technical Business College, Pavlodar State Institute, Gumilyov Eurasian National University. In 2003�2010 she worked in the Presidential Administration as a chief expert, head of the sector, deputy head of the Internal Policy Department. In 2010�2012 worked as deputy akim of Pavlodar region. In 2012�2015, she was executive secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science. In 2016, she was an advisor to the first deputy chair of the Nur Otan Party. Since November 2016, she has served as chair of the Committee for Civil Society Affairs.

Nukezhanov was born in 1981 in Almaty. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. He began his career in 2002 as an editor-in-chief of the information and analytical service of the Republican Corporation Television and Radio of Kazakhstan CJSC. In 2002�2009, he worked at the International Institute of Contemporary Politics, Khabar Agency, Nur Otan Republican Political Party, Ministry of Culture and Information. In 2009�2016 he was an expert, consultant, sector head of the Press Service of the President. In 2016�2018, he served as deputy chief of staff of the Majilis of the Parliament. From June 2018 he has worked as chair of the Information Committee.
