Call Center of Kyrgyzstan’s Social Fund receive almost 23 thsd applications
Call-center of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic provides information on issues in the sphere of state social insurance and pension provision by the short number 1202.
Thus, according to the Fund’s press service, in January-November 2019, the call-center of the Social Fund received 17 thousand 618 requests. In addition, the call-center’s website received 4877 e-mails in Online, Offline mode.
The call-center of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic receives a large number of requests from payers of insurance premiums on state social insurance, non-working citizens, foreign citizens, pensioners and working pensioners.
