BEIBUT ATAMKULOV MET WITH PRESIDENTIAL YOUTH PERSONNEL RESERVE’S MEMBERS
On 15 January 2020, the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan, Beibut Atamkulov, met with specialists enrolled in the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve, the Ministry informs.
More than 13 thousand candidates applied to the project carried out on the initiative of Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in a bid to create an effective social elevator system for talented youth. Only 300 of them ended up in the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve.
The Presidential Youth Staff Reserve offers good conditions for educated and qualified youth to occupy leadership positions in the public administration system and in the quasi-public sector.
The minister touched on the activities of the Ministry, with a focus on the three large state programs – industrialization, Nurly Zher and Nurly Zhol � the Ministry carries out.
The Ministry’s work also includes establishing and implementing state policy in subsoil use, industrial safety and the defense industry.
As Beibut Atamkulov said, the qualities anyone willing to be a public servant must have are patriotism, decency and professionalism.
The meeting also saw the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve members sharing their plans for the future and proposals for improving whatever industry they are engaged. In turn, the minister pointed out his support to highly qualified and professional specialists with innovative ideas and offered responsible positions in the central office, committees and industry enterprises of the Ministry.
He also called for cooperation for the benefit of the country’s development.
