Beginner programmers will prepare the most professional IT-trainer, and, from the business world
1000 IT support centers will be involved in the Equal IT Opportunities World project launched by the Erekshe Tandau Shelek Corporate Foundation together with the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Social Development Fund.
IT-trainers will be attracted from the university, on this occasion there is a preliminary agreement with IT companies. As part of this program, we plan to invite professionals from well-known IT companies. One of our partners is 1C company. Today they have a large network of training centers throughout Kazakhstan. In addition, from the point of view of the support of the Nur Otan party, there is an agreement to consider their network within the framework of the program. 1000 IT support centers already exist and are working, said the executive director of the Eurasia Foundation, Rinad Temirbekov.
According to Rinad Temirbekov, this project will not create competition for existing training companies in the first place. The potential of professional coaches that are already in the regions will be used. Secondly, the representatives of the companies will act as mentors, for 3 months they will work very closely on the professional development of our students.
Rinad Temirbekov named another partner, Chevron, with which the Foundation works in terms of coaching and attracting additional coaches who have received special training. We will also use partners that have been trained in this activity with the support of Chevron companies. As Rinad Temirbekov assured, the most professional IT trainers will work in the IT camp, moreover, all from the business world.
