Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructs to increase the accessibility of cultural facilities for residents and visitors of Kazakhstan
During the Government meeting, Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev heard reports on the course of modernizing cultural facilities and gave a number of instructions of the further development of Kazakhstan’s cultural sphere.
The Prime Minister noted that in light of tasks outlined in the Program Article Outlook on the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness, it is necessary to work out further measures to develop the cultural sphere and increase accessibility of cultural facilities for the population.
Bakytzhan Sagintayev supported the idea of installing information stands in public areas of Astana, informing citizens about all events taking place in cultural organizations. The Prime Minister said that similar work must be carried out in all regions of the country.
Bakytzhan Sagintayev also stressed that Kazakhstanis should be able to freely visit cultural and historical monuments of the country. In this connection, the Ministry of Culture and Sports together with regional Akimats was instructed to create conditions for free organization of educational and ethnographic trips around the country. And also ensure maximum accessibility of cultural facilities and services for residents and visitors of Kazakhstan.
