Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructs to ensure conditions for timely registration of citizens in the framework of CSMI
During the Government meeting, Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev got acquainted with the current activities of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, plans for its development and gave a number of instructions on further optimizing the process of rendering public services.
Earlier, Minister of Information and Communications D. Abayev and Chairman of the Board of JSC State Corporation “Government for Citizens” A. Ospanov spoke about measures to further optimize the provision of state services.
The Prime Minister noted that it is necessary to support all voiced proposals, as it will make it easier for citizens to receive the services.
Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed to take measures to organize the interaction of information systems of state bodies, as well as second-tier banks to eliminate the requirements for the provision of electronic certificates-confirmations by citizens.
In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the State Corporation was instructed to ensure the issuance of identity documents within one day in the cities of Almaty, Astana, Aktobe and Shymkent and within no more than seven days for the rest of the regions.
The Prime Minister also drew the Government’s attention to the fact that compulsory social medical insurance is introduced on July 1, which will require registration and confirmation of status of citizens through the State Corporation or electronically. B. Sagintayev instructed to avoid a repetition of the situation that occurred in winter, with the temporary registration of citizens, and avoid turmoil.
In this connection, the responsible Ministries together with the State Corporation were instructed to take measures to facilitate the procedure for obtaining this service by citizens.
