Bakytzhan Sagintayev holds a meeting on improving State services processes
Today at Ukimet Uyi Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev chaired a meeting on improving the processes of providing State services to the public within the framework of the Third Modernization of Kazakhstan.
The meeting discussed issues of optimizing the processes of providing State services, as well as heard the results of activities for 2016 of the Government for Citizens State Corporation and its plans for 2017.
In his Address Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness, the Head of State N. Nazarbayev set the task of implementing the Third Modernization, noting the need for drastic reforms, including in the sphere of public services. Within the framework of implementing this task, the State Corporation faces responsibilities on implementing new technologies in the processes of providing services, improving the service, and carrying out the transformation and optimization of internal processes.
The Government for Citizens State Corporation was established by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2016. During the first year of operation, the State Corporation provided 37 million services. Of them – 68.5% (24.5 million) were in electronic format.
