The meeting participants discussed issues of introducing e-education at all stages of the learning process, from pre-school institutions to higher educational institutions of the country.

Currently, a digital queuing and appointment system for kindergartens is currently being implemented in 13 cities and one region. With regards to secondary education, digital school registers and grade books are being launched in the framework of public-private partnership. With regards to professional and higher education, the multi-level Unified information system for the management of higher education is being introduced. Integration of the National Educational Database with the information systems of state bodies is planned to be carried out before 01.01.2018.

Digitalization of the system will allow creating a single database accessible with the Individual Identification Number. In the future, movement through the levels of education (kindergartens, schools, colleges, universities) will be carried out electronically, without the need to collect additional documents and certificates at each stage of education.

For reference: Today, out of 7047 public schools throughout the country, more than 4355 schools (62%) are connected to high-speed Internet. This figure for colleges is 90%, universities – 100%.
