Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a meeting to improve processes of providing public services to the population
During the meeting, issues of introduction of new technologies in the processes of rendering state services through the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” were discussed.
In his Address to the People, the Head of State noted that the processes of rendering state services should be optimized as much as possible. It is necessary to shorten the time and the list of documents, to eliminate duplicate procedures and to translate into electronic format without an obligatory physical presence. One of these areas should be the transition to proactive services without the involvement of the service recipient.
The State Corporation “Government for Citizens” was established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 29, 2016 and is a single provider of public services that provides services through front offices, self-service sectors, mobile CSCs, rural postal offices.
Currently, there are 723 state services in the Service Registry. 548 of them are available through the State Corporation, more than 75% of which are “one-stop-shop”.
