Bakytzhan Sagintayev arrives in South Kazakhstan region as per instructions of the Head of State
On the instructions of the Head of State, Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev arrived in South Kazakhstan region today to get familiarized with the progress of implementation of Nursultan Nazarbayev’s Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness, New Development Opportunities in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Five Social Initiatives.
His working trip includes visits to a number of production facilities, on the example of which the Prime Minister will be informed about the pace of implementation in the region of state programs of industrial and innovative development, Nurly Zher, the development of the agro-industrial complex, and will also be presented with the results of the implementation of Industry 4.0 elements.
The key events in the schedule will be meetings with representatives of business, the region’s workers, agricultural producers, health workers and student youth.
In particular, following the visit to the agro-enterprises LLP Zhabai Ata and LLP Saryaghash zher syiy Bakytzhan Sagintayev will discuss with agricultural producers the issues of implementation of the Agro-Industrial Complex Development Program and the fourth social initiative of the President Expansion of microlending.
The issues of modernization of the region’s healthcare system and measures for deregulation of the sector, development of PPP and private services sector will be considered in detail at the round table after acquaintance with the modernized infrastructure of the regional clinical hospital.
Leaders and students of Shymkent universities and colleges, leaders of student organizations will discuss with Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev new tools to increase the accessibility and quality of higher education, improve the living conditions of students within the framework of the Five Social Initiatives of the President.
At the end of the trip, a meeting will be held with the region’s working assets and business representatives. On the agenda: issues of socio-economic development of the region, including in the areas of investment attraction, SME development, industrialization, technological modernization and Industry 4.0, digitalization, job creation and formalization of self-employed.
