B. Sagintayev holds bilateral meetings with major investors within the framework of the forum “Kazakhstan Global Investment Roundtable”
Today, within the framework of the Kazakhstan Global Investment Roundtable forum, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a number of bilateral meetings with forum participants, heads of major investment companies successfully implementing joint projects with Kazakhstani enterprises.
Among them were meetings with First Vice President of Tokyo Rope Manufacturing Co. Kazunori Sato, Global Head of strategic clients of Aberdeen Standard Life John Campbell, Chairman of the Board of AVM Ayakkabi, Vice President of the Anatolian Entrepreneurs Association and member of the board of the Footwear Industrialists Association of Turkey Bekir Aydin, CEO of Carmeuse Europe Andre Jacquemart and CEO of Rusal Vladislav Soloviev.
The meetings covered issues of expanding cooperation and implementing new joint investment projects in energy, chemical industry, industrial production, construction, engineering, manufacturing of production components in the oil-and-gas industry, mining and metallurgy, and agriculture. The forum participants also shared their views on a number of directions for the development of the world economy as a whole, and economic reforms in Kazakhstan.
