B. Sagintayev discusses implementation of President’s Five Initiatives with social workers of Kyzylorda region
At the meeting, the new opportunities opened by the President’s social initiatives were considered in detail: affordable housing, tax reduction, a new package for students � additional grants and dormitories, expansion of microcredit, a new gas pipeline to improve the quality of life and business development in the regions. The issues of improving the healthcare system through its liberalization and the development of PPP, modernization of the infrastructure within the framework of the President’s Address “New Opportunities Under the Fourth Industrial Revolution” were also discussed.
Bakytzhan Sagintayev noted that the Government takes all necessary measures to implement the tasks set. For five initiatives, the Roadmap is being implemented, which includes specific activities and timelines. All activities will be implemented until 2022. Currently, a detailed study of the mechanisms for their implementation is being prepared � by the end of March, the necessary legislative changes will be developed.
Minister for Investments and Development, Zh. Kassymbek, reported on the development of the program “7-20-25” for providing affordable mortgages for the acquisition of housing on acceptable terms for Kazakhstanis, the timing of the launch and the criteria for participation.
Vice Minister of Education and Science, T. Yeshenkulov, delivered a report on education and plans to increase the accessibility and quality of higher education, improve the living conditions of students.
Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, N. Altayev, explained the new opportunities opened within the framework of the Fourth Initiative “Expansion of Microcredit.”
Minister of National Economy, T. Suleimenov, spoke about reducing the tax burden for raising the wages of low-paid workers.
In the course of the discussion, the scientific adviser of the Bolashak University, B. Dosmanbetov, zhyrau A. Almatov, operating surgeon of the regional medical center, N. Amitov, art director of the regional musical drama theater, A. Hussein, also made comments.
