Astana Hub: Acceptance of applications for Invest Day has started
On April 15, 2021, Astana Hub, the largest technology park of IT startups in Central Asia, will bring together investment-attractive startups, as well as domestic and foreign venture investors willing to invest in promising projects in one of the most important events of the venture capital market in Kazakhstan.
Invest Day Astana Hub is a business platform aimed at increasing the number of innovative startups, implementing breakthrough solutions, implementing technologies, publishing their projects, receiving feedback from venture capital market experts and eventually supporting innovators and startups investing in their projects.
The top ten startups from Kazakhstan and abroad will have the opportunity to present their products to potential investors and business angels, and investors will have the opportunity to invest in the best startups and find an equal investor. For example, in 2020, this business platform helped to attract $ 200 thousand investment in startup projects CTOgram and ToiDriver.
What startups get:
• personal consultation with a professional tracker on preparation for the pitch deck (presentation);
• work on making a presentation with a tracker (preparation for a pitch);
• ability to communicate with investors and venture funds;
• 50-minute personal meeting with the investor (if the investor is warmed up).
According to the press service of Astana Hub Technopark, the main requirement for startups is the availability of technological solutions, working products and customers. There are no restrictions on the activities of the startup.

In turn, more than 35 venture investors and business angels took part in four events dedicated to Invest Day, including 500 startups, Plug and Play, Sturgeon Capital, MCI Capital, Acrobator Ventures, Tuz Ventures, Fort Ross Ventures, Quest Ventures, the European Association of Business Angels, as well as Murat Abdrakhmanov, Marat Tolebayev and others.

The deadline for applications for startups – March 28 until 18:00, for investors – April 12 until 18:00.
