The vice speaker also held talks with the Vice-President of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Belgium, A. In this context, the parties noted the importance of effective interaction between the legislative bodies of the countries in the light of the early entry into force of the Agreement on Enhanced Partnership between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union.

A meeting was also held with the Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, Gabriela Cuevas Barron, with whom they discussed issues of the upcoming parliamentary conference of the World Trade Organization in Nur Sultan in 2020.
