First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin held a meeting in Moscow with Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Rogozin.

The issue of implementing the Concept of further cooperation in the Baikonur complex was also on the agenda. The Concept was signed by A. Mamin and D. Rogozin in December, 2016, during the visit of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Russia.

A. Mamin and D. Rogozin also exchanged views on the execution of the Roadmap for implementing the Baiterek project in the years 2016-2025, which involves plans of modernizing ground infrastructure at the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
