As of Jan. 19, the number of newly reported cases of coronavirus infection and pneumonia in Bishkek made 627.

“Dear citizens! There is increase in coronavirus cases in the capital. There are only 4 points to protect you and your loved ones: wearing masks, treatment of hands with antiseptic, observance of distance, well, and most effective – vaccination. If you want to protect your health, please get the vaccine,” the report said.

According to the latest data from the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, 870 new cases were registered in Kyrgyzstan over the past day, 627 were revealed in Bishkek.

In total, 192,158 cases of infection have been recorded in the country, 181,426 of them cured, 2,838 people died.
