A. Saparov appointed First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan
By Government Decree, Aidarbek Saparov was appointed to the post of First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A. Saparov was born in 1966 in the village of Krasnoe, Bulaevsky district of North Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Omsk Agricultural Institute, M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University.
He began his career in 1984 at the Kalinin state farm. Over the years, he worked in the private sector. In 2003�2006 – Deputy Director, First Deputy Director of the North Kazakhstan regional representative office of Prodcorporation JSC. In 2006 – Head of the Regional Territorial Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in North Kazakhstan Region. In 2006�2008 – Akim of the Shal Akyna district, North Kazakhstan region. From March 2008 to April 2010 – Akim of the Magzhan Zhumabayev district, North Kazakhstan region. From April 2010 to September 2011 – Deputy Akim of the North Kazakhstan region on agriculture. From September 2011 to the present, he served as First Deputy Akim of North Kazakhstan region.
