1087 people were deported from Kyrgyzstan in one year

This year, 189 people were detained for violating the state border, first deputy of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic Abdikarim Alimbaev told today at a press conference in Bishkek.

According to his data, a total of 21 million 300 thousand people, 1 million 553 thousand 130 units of cars crossed the state border.

47 people violated the border regime, 4 thousand 513 people were identified with faulty documents. In total, 1087 citizens were deported.

Border guards discovered and detained smuggling in the amount of KGS 33 million 12 thousand 192. Border guards also seized 4 thousand kg of hemp and narcotic precursors – 820 liters. Five weapons, 111 pieces of ammunition and 3 shells were found at people crossing the border.
