Akylbek Mamatov, general director of a large network of gas stations Red Petroleum, believes that an increase in the indicative balance will have a positive effect on the domestic market of fuels and lubricants, including fuel prices. As it became known, on the eve of Russia increased the volume of duty-free supplies of gasoline and diesel to Kyrgyzstan. By signing the protocol on October 12 in Moscow, the parties adjusted the indicative balance of oil and oil products from 2021, thus increasing the volume of duty-free supplies for gasoline by 190 thousand tons, and diesel fuel – by 65 thousand tons. Experts shared their opinion that this decision should have a positive impact on the purchasing power of consumers.
