Parliamentary elections will be held in Kyrgyzstan at the end of November. In this regard, many topical issues are already beginning to be raised. One of them is interference in the process during and after elections. This is a problem that concerns not only Kyrgyzstan, but also other countries. Often, as a result of elections in many countries, various scandals begin, precisely related to interference from outside. Therefore, in order to preserve diplomatic principles in the country, it is necessary to achieve the most fair elections without interference. Experts decided to discuss how to achieve this during the conference “The Impact of External Factors on Political Processes in the Kyrgyz Republic on the Eve of the Parliamentary Elections”, organized by the Club of Regional Experts of the Kyrgyz Republic “Pikir” in partnership with the International Association of Veterans of the Special Forces “Alpha” of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Human rights activist Tursunbek Akun noted that there was very strong interference from other countries in the previous elections. According to him, a social study was developed, in which the parties stood at an incomprehensible level.

“This was a specially designed study, which, in fact, was a gross interference in our elections. I wrote to the CEC, but the appropriate conclusions were not drawn. Now foreign interference in our elections is taking place in a rude form. There is already information that grant money is coming in, politicians are gathering, candidates are organizing seminars, meetings are being held. This all happens for a reason. If we want to hold fair elections, then we must determine our future fate ourselves, ”Akun shared.

He also added that last year one NGO announced the results of a social survey 15 days in advance. This was prohibited by law. A lot of grant money from abroad was allocated for this. They provided biased results to observers. Such activities of NGOs and NGOs are causing confusion in the country.
