President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov today, on October 13, took part in the taking of the oath by members of the new Cabinet of Ministers of the country at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh.
In the presence of the head of state, the oath was taken:
– Akylbek Zhaparov – Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic – Head of the Presidential Administration;
– Arzybek Kozhoshev – First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers;
– Aziz Aaliev – Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers;
– Edil Baysalov – Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers;
– Kamchybek Tashiev – Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – Chairman of the State Committee for National Security;
– Daniyar Amangeldiev – Minister of Economy and Commerce;
– Almaz Baketayev – Minister of Finance;
– Ruslan Kazakbaev – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Investment;
– Ayaz Baetov – Minister of Justice;
– Erkinbek Osoev – Minister of Transport and Communications;
– Askarbek Dzhanybekov – Minister of Agriculture;
– Doskul Bekmurzaev – Minister of Energy;
– Dinara Kutmanova – Minister of Natural Resources, Environment and Technical Supervision;
– Alymkadyr Beishenaliev – Minister of Health;
– Bolotbek Kupeshov – Minister of Education and Science;
– Azamat Zhamankulov – Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy;
– Kudaibergen Bazarbayev – Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration;
– Baktybek Bekbolotov – Minister of Defense;
– Ulan Niyazbekov – Minister of Internal Affairs;
– Boobek Azhikeev – Minister of Emergency Situations.
Further, President Sadyr Japarov made a speech, noting that the current composition of the Cabinet of Ministers will begin full-fledged work in accordance with the new Constitution. The head of state set a number of tasks for the Cabinet of Ministers, dwelled on topical issues of the country’s social and political life.
In addition, he noted the importance of holding fair and clean parliamentary elections, warning about the responsibility of officials for the use of administrative resources in favor of any party or candidates for deputies.
President Sadyr Japarov called on everyone to contribute to the conduct of fair elections, suppressing attempts to bribe votes, as well as to the sustainable socio-economic development of the country.
