The gasification level in Kyrgyzstan has grown from 22% to 36% since 2014, Maksat Sabyrov, a representative of Gazprom Kyrgyzstan told within the framework of the Kyrgyz Information Technologies Forum.
“Today, natural gas is supplied to about 40 residential areas and settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic, more than 293 thousand subscribers are served,” he said.
In turn, Sabyrov pointed out that the company plans to lay 200-250 km of the gas pipeline annually.
