The national powerlifting team of the Kyrgyz Republic won 12 medals (11 of them gold, 1 silver) at the European Powerlifting Champions Cup, which was held in the city of Gelendzhik (Russia).
The team consisted of 6 people:
1. Kim Alexandra
2. Kadyrov Azimzhan
3. Asanov Ernazar
4. Dorozhenko Dmitry
6. Nurlaeva Gulzhana
Winners:
Kim Alexander took 1st place in classic powerlifting and 2nd place in deadlift. Also, Azimzhan Kadyrov (bench press), Ernazar Asanov (deadlift, biceps lift, Russian roulette), Dmitry Dorozhenko (among veterans) became the winners of gold medals.
