This applies not only to the public and the related bodies, but also the citizens and the private sector,’ said Umayra Taghiyeva, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources during the ‘Climate Imperative – from Local to Global Action’ plenary session on the margins of the Baku Climate Action Week on Monday.
