A short documentary film dedicated to the country’s doctors during the fight against COVID-19 has been released in Kyrgyzstan. The film was prepared by media expert Sveta Baitikova.
She said that the shooting took place from May to June 2021.
“The pandemic caught at a weak moment already weakened medical field. The main burden fell on the shoulders of doctors, who did not yet know how to deal with this insidious disease. From the very beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, doctors, nurses, young doctors and medical students actively helped citizens. While some treated and consulted patients, others went home, and others were on duty in hospitals.
Doctors in white coats are today’s heroes of the country,” the report said.
