BAKU: The attack Bayraktar TB2 UAV (an unmanned aerial vehicle), developed by the Turkish Baykar Makina company, has been displayed at the 5th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX taking place in Baku Expo Center, Trend reports.
In addition to Azerbaijan, a cornucopia of products from various countries is also on display at the exhibition, showcasing a melting pot of global offerings.
The UAV system in question is also a common tool in the Azerbaijani Army’s toolkit.
The 5th anniversary Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX, the biggest fish in the defense industry pond in the region, is taking place at the Baku Expo Center from September 24-26. The 14th International Exhibition of Equipment for Internal Security, Safety, and Rescue “Securex Caspian” is being held side by side.
The inaugural “ADEX” exhibition was held in 2014. The roster of exhibitors and the sectors it encompasses has been growing year over year.
The expo has convened several corporations from over 50 countries an
d around 200 official delegations throughout a decade of successful operations. The show has attracted over 30,000 visitors throughout the years.
